Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using adpt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
adpt provides opportunity discovery, verification, ranking, and alerting tools for scholarships, fellowships, grants, accelerators, incubators, and related programs. adpt may also display live or replayed operational views of browsing and verification activity.
No guarantee of outcomes
adpt does not guarantee that any opportunity will remain open, that any information will always remain accurate, or that any user will receive funding, admission, selection, or other outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing the original source and completing applications yourself.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private product areas, reverse engineer restricted components, or use adpt in a way that harms other users, third parties, or infrastructure providers.
Content and source material
Opportunity data may originate from third-party websites, public databases, social platforms, and organizational announcements. Those third-party sources remain governed by their own terms and policies. adpt does not claim ownership of third-party source content.
Blog and editorial content
Public blog posts, product notes, and legal content are provided for informational purposes. We may update, edit, publish, or remove this content at any time.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including sources monitored, alert behavior, access controls, and pricing. We are not liable for platform interruptions, source outages, or infrastructure failures.
Intellectual property
The adpt name, product interface, software, design, and original content are owned by adpt or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute proprietary portions of the product except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, adpt disclaims warranties of any kind and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, funding, profits, or data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or misuse the service. You may stop using adpt at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
