We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, profile details, opportunity preferences, alert settings, and any information you submit when joining the waitlist or contacting us. We also collect technical and usage information such as device identifiers, browser data, IP address, session data, and interactions with opportunities, saves, dismissals, and alerts.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate your account, personalize opportunity matching, operate the alert system, improve extraction and ranking quality, maintain service security, respond to requests, and communicate product updates. We may also use aggregate operational information to understand source reliability, alert latency, and system performance.

How blog and public content works

Public blog content, landing pages, and legal pages are accessible without login. Blog content may be managed by authorized internal users through our administrative tools. Public visitors do not receive access to administrative or private account data.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers and infrastructure partners necessary to run adpt, such as Supabase for authentication and database services, email providers for transactional delivery, and hosting or observability vendors that support platform operations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, security, and integrity of adpt and its users.

Data retention

We retain account and opportunity interaction data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve ranking quality over time. We may remove or anonymize certain records when they are no longer operationally necessary.

Children

adpt is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
